MISSÃO

Coordenar e gerir a implementação de projetos e processos operacionais da Direção de Airport Services de acordo com as melhores práticas e tendências da indústria.

 

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Developing short/medium term studies in close connection with the management of other Operations areas, in order to gather information that might facilitate the implementation of operational processes at the stations.
  • Proposing the preparation of projects that aim to improve operations in an integrated manner between all the respective intervenors.
  • Representing TAP Air Portugal concerning Airport Services Department in Amadeus technical meetings for DCS Amadeus system (Customer Management - CM and Flight Management - FM Business Owners)
  • Collaborate in the negotiation of contracting or renegotiating services to third parties.
  • Participate in new routes setup installation and change of service providers processes.
  • Implementation of TAP Air Portugal training program, according to the defined budget, and other defined training activities
  • Analyzing HUB’s operational processes and those of each station of the TAP Air Portugal, aiming at their standardization and at improved passenger experience, as well as cost optimization.
  • Conducting risk analyses of the different processes in Airport Services Department, identifying critical points and opportunities for improvement.
  • Assisting in the design of IT solutions to support ground and cargo handling services and following their implementation, as the connecting link between the Airport Services Operations and the company’s IT areas, representing Airport Services Operations at Amadeus Meetings for DCS Amadeus system (Customer Management - CM and Flight Management - FM)
  • Identifying and specifying the requirements of each station and guaranteeing that these are acknowledged in the implemented processes and in the IT support tools.
  • Continuously monitoring trends and new technologies as regards ground handling and cargo, thus guaranteeing knowledge of best practice in terms of Airport Services.
  • Redesigning TAP Air Portugal processes taking into consideration the best practice and trends of the industry, and proposing the corresponding amendments.
  • Periodically carrying out internships / operational refresher training, since the Continuous Improvement Team may execute tasks of Airport Services Operations network, in order to always keep an effective connection to the operation.
  • Carrying out benchmarking actions and promoting compared reports and/or suggesting identified actions for improvement .     

 

 

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

  • Licenciatura ou Mestrado ou experiência profissional equivalente.
  • Domínio da língua inglesa (escrito e falado).
  • Disponibilidade para deslocações em serviço.

 

REQUISITOS PREFERENCIAIS

  • Experiência em gestão de projetos ou melhoria contínua.
  • CCP – Curso de Formação de Formadores
  • Formação nas áreas de gestão de projetos e/ou melhoria contínua.
