Key Account Manager - Global Leisure
We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Global Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with key trade partners in the aviation industry, including Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), Tour Operators (TOs), and Cruise Lines. This role will be responsible for overseeing strategic partnerships, driving business growth, and enhancing the global sales pipeline through a mix of key account management, relationship building, and strategic initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the aviation and travel industry (at least 3 years experience in sales), excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Global Account Management:
- Manage and develop relationships with strategic trade partners, to achieve mutually beneficial results.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring consistent and exceptional service.
- Develop tailored sales and marketing strategies for each partner to maximize the potential of the partnership.
- Identify and capitalize on business opportunities, driving increased revenue and market share.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide insights and recommendations for business development strategies.
- Work closely with the marketing, PRM and product teams to ensure partner needs are met through customized offerings and solutions.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in account management, business development, or sales within the aviation, travel, or related industries.
- Preferred experience in managing global trade partnerships
- Understading of the aviation industry and market dynamics, including distribution systems (NDC), fare structures, and booking processes.

Skills:
- Strong negotiation, sales, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Analytical mindset, with the ability to interpret sales data and provide actionable insights.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
- Mandatory fluency in English, with additional languages a plus.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).

Additional Requirements:
- Willingness to travel as required for client meetings, trade events, and business development activities.
This function is for an uncertain fixed-term employment contract.
