MISSÃO

Assegurar que a Direção de Airport Services cumpre toda a regulamentação nacional, internacional e outros standards.

 

RESPONSABILIDADES:

  • Ensure and monitor Airport Services Department is compliance with all relevant national and international regulations (Portugal Civil Aviation Authority, European Regulations, EASA; Industry Standards, Operations Manual A; IOSA; IATA) and other standards specified by TAP Air Portugal.
  • Monitor and disseminate relevant national and international regulations.
  • Provide support to Airport Services Department on technical and regulations matters related to TAP Air Portugal areas of operation.
  • Coordinate the preparation of audits and inspections to the Airport Services Department. (Org & Manuals)
  • Keep current on all legal national and international provisions, related to Airport Services Safety and Security matters, to advise and distribute to all departments concerned of important and relevant changes.
  • Assisting the Operations International Relations Office in negotiation meetings concerning code-share agreements.
  • Harmonizing the regulations of the Ground Operations manuals with other normative documents and manuals of the company.
  • Disclosing TAP Air Portugal regulations included in the Ground Operations Manuals and Stations Contacts and SITA Codes.
  • Ensure technical support; training, and inspections to the Airport Services network in matters of Dangerous Goods (DGR).
  • Maintain an open liaison with ICAO; IATA; ECAC; EASA, IOSA and other operators on the operational matters.
  • Preparing and updating TAP Air Portugal regulations, and training regarding ground and cargo operations, through the Ground Operations Manual: GOM – Ground Operations Manual and GOTM – Ground Operations Training Manual.
  • Participating in meetings of IATA and of other international commercial aviation organizations related to passenger regulations and aircraft handling.
  • Representing the area, in coordination with the Airport Services Director, in operations-related meetings concerning regulation, training and improvement initiatives promoted by airports, IATA, ICAO, AEA and Star Alliance.
  • Ensure training requirements is compliance according to industry requirements, including Dangerous Goods training (DGR).
  • Prepare and control the Airports Services Operations training plan, ensuring the development of competencies in articulation with the conditions of career defined for Management.
  • Ensuring that own or subcontracted staff at each one of the stations has the mandatory training defined for the industry, as well as the personal development training determined by TAP Air Portugal.
  • Ensure the training program is adequate by conducting supervision and quality control activities, including audits and inspections.
  • Validation of training manuals and programs of contracted handling service providers for TAP Air Portugal Airport services Operations, and approval, whenever there are changes, of the programmatic contents presented previously or when request by TAP Air Portugal the inclusion of new subjects.

 

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

  • 12º Ano ou equivalente reconhecido pelo Ministério da Educação Português.
  • Domínio da língua inglesa (escrito e falado).

 

REQUISITOS PREFERENCIAIS

  • Experiência de aeroporto.
  • CCP- Curso de Formação de Formadores.
