Técnico de Suporte a Outstations

MISSÃO

Garantir o suporte remoto às Outstations e à equipa de Outstations Management de modo a garantir uma melhor qualidade de serviço.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Provide support for purchase and stationary requests
• Ensure that Airport database (ADB) is up to date and make appropriate changes where necessary
• Ensure the invoice control of outstations network
• Ensure the correct outstations flights regularization
• Serve as a focal point of contact of Airport Services Department for airport studies and information surveys.
• Responsible for the Amadeus CM/FM users creation - in direct connection with TAP University;;
• Responsible for the MyBag, Flight Record and Airport Manual Voucher users creation
• Serve as a focal point of contact of Airport Services Department on INAD / Authority Penalty Notification Legal investigation procedure.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS

• 12º Ano ou equivalente reconhecido pelo Ministério da Educação Português.
• Domínio da língua inglesa (falado e escrito).
• Disponibilidade para deslocações em serviço.

REQUISITOS PREFERENCIAIS

• Experiência de aeroporto.
